The GreenDollarReport was designed in late 2008 in conjunction with the credit crisis.

The basic thesis is that green technologies will lead the charge in a new industrial revolution and we want the readers of The GreenDollarReport to be well informed to take advantage of it.

Victor Goncalves has developed a strong background in economics

at the University of Winnipeg, where he performed the duties of a

Professor’s Assistant.

Over the past 7 years in the financial markets Victor predicted the nanotechboom, as well as developed a keen eye for the resource markets and the green space. Some of his research areas have included the Uranium and Coal Markets, the Oil Industry and OPEC, and Macro Economic Indicators.

Victor’s strong knowledge of costbenefitanalysis has come into particular usefulness, due to the nature of the assessment of the valuations of companies and the net benefit to society as a whole of green technologies. A background in economics and the resource sector is crucial to determine the realbenefits and draw backs of renewable technologies when compared to their non-renewable counterparts.

Victor currently writes for various magazines and websites;

including CIM and Western Standard, Barrons Magazine, Kitco and more. Victor has also been featured on BNN, Mining Industry TV and various other TV programs, as well as speaking regularly at many prestigious industry

events and conferences.
